Description
Create a more comfortable and versatile facedown setup at home with this adjustable face cradle pillow, designed for massage, skincare, beauty care, ear care, back tattoo sessions, and everyday relaxation. As a practical alternative to a bulky massage table, it transforms your bed into a convenient home massage and selfcare space without requiring dedicated storage. The open Ushaped face cradle provides breathing space while helping reduce pressure on the eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks, eyelashes, eyebrows, and makeup, making it ideal for anyone who wants to rest face down without pressing their face into a traditional pillow. Both the overall height and the face cradle angle can be adjusted to better match different body positions and mattresses from 5.9 to 17 thick. The adjustable face cushion can be tilted to help you find a more comfortable head and neck position, while the heightadjustable frame allows the setup to better align with different mattress heights and user preferences. Whether you are enjoying a relaxing massage, recovering after a workout, receiving a partner massage, practicing selfcare, or simply resting, the customizable support helps keep your head and neck in a more natural position. It is ideal for head, neck, shoulder, upper back, and full back massage, scalp massage, oil massage, hotstonestyle relaxation, cuppingstyle back care, and home spa routines. Beyond massage, this face cradle is a useful addition to beauty and wellness routines. Use it during skincare treatments, facial massage, gua sha sessions, face roller treatments, sheet masks, eye masks, warm compresses, lash care, brow care, facial care, and beauty rest. The openface design keeps the face accessible while supporting the head, making it easier to perform personal care or receive assistance from a partner or caregiver. The design is also well suited for backfocused activities where comfortable facedown positioning is important. It helps keep the head supported while leaving the neck, shoulders, and back accessible for back tattoo sessions, body art work, back skincare treatments, massage therapy, and other wellness or relaxation routines. It can also be used for gentle ear care assistance and sidelying positioning when additional head and neck support is desired. The supportive cushion feels soft against the skin while maintaining enough structure to help keep the head comfortably positioned. The removable face cradle cushion can be adjusted to different angles and removed when needed, adding flexibility for different uses and comfort preferences. The removable cover makes cleaning easier after massage, skincare, beauty treatments, or daily use. A sturdy metal frame, reinforced support structure, and secure locking knobs help reduce shaking, sliding, and wobbling, providing reliable stability during use. Lightweight, portable, and foldable, this face cradle is easy to move between rooms and convenient to store when not in use. It is an excellent choice for home massage, beauty rooms, personal care spaces, mobile wellness services, family care routines, reading, phone browsing, relaxation, and everyday selfcare. This product includes the adjustable face cradle and cushion only and does not include armrests, hand support platforms, or chest pillows.
