Production Processes The Finished Rattan Product Is Made By Going Through More Than A Dozen Manufacturing Processes, Such As Cutting, De-Scarring, Picking, Washing, Sunbathing, Bending, Stretching, Planning, Shaving, Weaving, High Temperature Curing. Then The Semi-Finished Woven Product Is Set In Shape And Form By Use Of Original Resin. Finally, It Is Dried To Cure In The Sunlight To Debug And Reveal Colors, Which Makes The Finished Product Last Long. How To Care Rattan Products? 1)Rattan Products Should Not Be Exposed To Severe Sunlight Or Placed Outside For An Extended Period Of Time, As It May Get Dried Up, Tarnished Or Brittle. 2)They Should Not Be Left In Too Humid A Place For A Long Time Either, As Black Spots May Form In Some Areas, Tarnishing Or Even Damaging The Product. If It Does Generate Some Black Spots , You Can Place It In A Well-Vented Area For 4 To 8 Hours Of Sunlight Exposure. Or, If You Notice Too Much Black Spots Formed, You Can Spot Clean The Product With Lemon Juice, Then Mop It And Place It In A Well-Vented Area To Further Drive Off Any Trapped Moisture. 3)Regular Dusting With A Microfiber Duster Is Sufficient To Clean The Rattan Product.
